The Festival du Comminges has established itself as one of the major events of the musical season in the Midi-Pyrénées region and promises a rich programme for its 50th anniversary.
The repertoire focuses on sacred music in keeping with the places of worship that host it, but the Festival is also a fervent advocate of early and baroque music. Expanded to other venues, the Festival du Comminges can’t resist opening up to the classical and romantic periods, right through to contemporary compositions.
